Who We Are
We are a company specializing solely in providing TIBCO consulting services. Our consultants are TIBCO Certified Professionals and have real-world project experiences.
What We Are Not
Let us tell you what we are not. We are not a recruiting and staffing agency. We do not fill positions with people we quickly hire and deploy to fill a need. We are intimately connected with all of our consultants, and we work very hard to have strong knowledge transfer with each other from our varied TIBCO experiences. Furthermore, our consultants are instilled with our values on self-development. We never worry about one of our consultants being dishonest or lazy in client projects because of the moral and personal values we have emphasized to them for a long period of time. They are not just names we placed to fill client projects. They are truly our own, and we are very proud of each and every one of them.
Where Do We Work
We are presently striving to be a significant provider of expert TIBCO services in numerous countries. We presently have clients in both the United States and in Asia. We are open to providing TIBCO services anywhere in the world. The services can be provided either in-person or remotely.
Our Cost
If you work with us, you’ll notice that the prices of the services of our TIBCO developers are lower than the general market. We’re positive you’ll save a significant amount if you opt for our TIBCO developer services. We do have some very expensive Senior TIBCO Architects, so if you are in need of this level of service, we cannot save you money on that because our prices will be comparable to the general market. One client we are working with now opted to hire the services of one of our Senior TIBCO Architects only on a part-time basis. They wanted to get guidance on project architecture but did not want to spend much of their budget on a full-time architect. We can make that option available to you as well.
Our Capabilities are Finite
It would be foolish and arrogant of us if we believed that we are the perfect TIBCO consulting firm for all TIBCO projects. We're not. Each client has certain unique needs, and it's possible that we may not have the available resource for your specific needs. We believe in only taking on client work on which we are confident in succeeding. Giving false assurances to clients is very much against our business philosophy. We want to be known as a company of straight shooters. If we tell you we can help you succeed in your TIBCO project, you need not wonder whether we are just telling you what you want to hear. This is a serious commitment to straight talk on our part, and as you get to know our people, you'll see this commitment materialize.
Our Availability
The demand for TIBCO consulting services is quite high these days, especially for TIBCO Certified Professionals with real-world TIBCO project experience. So we are presently working on numerous TIBCO projects for our clients in the United States and Asia. Because of this, we do not have a sales team that goes out to acquire more clients. We rely on potential clients finding us by word of mouth and taking the first step to start the conversation with us. Our Values
We hold firmly to the goal of unforgettable service to all our clients. We attempt to provide this by following two guiding principles:
- The first principle that guides our company says, "Take 100% responsibility of your life" (from The Success Principles by Jack Canfield). It is important for all our consultants to take full responsibility of everything that is assigned to them. If an assigned task were to ever not be completed as expected, we impress on our consultants never to point the finger on other people or outside circumstances. We encourage them to take ownership of their tasks and the outcome of their work.
- The second guiding principle that inspires us daily says, "Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment" (from The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann). With this in mind, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations with more valuable work than they are anticipating. A nice example of this is when one of our TIBCO consultants was given the "You Make a Difference" award by one of our clients for his strong contribution to their TIBCO project. This type of testimony delights us and inspires us to continue surpassing our clients' expectations.
