A recent conversation with one of our clients in the United States brings this to clearer view. Because their financial quarter was coming to a close, the client's finance department required that our TIBCO consulting services be paid out completely, so that the costs can be included in their quarterly reports.
They took a leap of faith and paid us the entire amount of the project although knowing that our consultants will not be done with the project until a few weeks after it has been fully paid. The client was a little concerned that maybe we won't work so hard now that the project is fully paid. To their pleasant surprise, our Xmarter TIBCO consultants continued to deliver on their requirements just like before and even promised to perform extra tasks not stated in the Statement of Work contract. Needless to say, the client was very pleased with the our consultants' performance on their project.
