Four Xmarter TIBCO Consultants Now TIBCO Certified Professionals
February 3, 2010 - As of January 2010, four TIBCO consultants of Xmarter, Inc., a TIBCO consulting firm providing solutions for business systems integration and business process management, are now TIBCO Certified Professionals. Starting from November of last year, Xmarter went through the process of having all of their TIBCO consultants earn the coveted certification. All consultants had to take the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5 Certification Exam authored by TIBCO Software, Inc. and administered by Prometric Services. The exam is part of the company's effort to enhance the quality of services delivered to their clients by their TIBCO developers.
"Our commitment to deliver a desirable consulting experience that our clients deserve in every TIBCO consulting project requires us to continuously harness the skills and knowledge of our TIBCO developers and architects through reviews, trainings and definitely through this TIBCO Certification Exam," said Jazon Samillano, the Chairman and Chief TIBCO Architect of Xmarter who is himself a TIBCO Certified Professional and a TIBCO Certified Trainer.
The company has implemented a training and certification program that aims for all of its TIBCO developers to be TIBCO Certified Professionals preferably before joining a client project. This is a big push in the company's strive for excellence as many businesses are now cautious and particular in looking for TIBCO people because of their experiences in previous projects with under-qualified TIBCO consultants.
"It is important that clients are given the peace of mind that their expensive TIBCO projects are in good hands by providing them consultants that are well-trained, highly-experienced, and capable of delivering quality results. This is the reason why we continue to aim for excellence, through programs such this, in delivering TIBCO consulting services to clients," Samillano added.
