Xmarter TIBCO Developers Now on a Six-Day Workweek in Every TIBCO Consulting Project
HOUSTON, Texas August 13, 2009 - Xmarter, Inc., a TIBCO consulting firm setting smarter rules for TIBCO consulting, announced its Six-Day Workweek policy, which will benefit the clients with an extra day of work each week from every TIBCO consultant without extra charge. It means that clients will get an additional two and a half months of service from every TIBCO consultant in a year without paying more. This extra work time multiplies with the number of Xmarter TIBCO consultants working on the project.
"We see every TIBCO project as an opportunity where we can deliver a better experience of TIBCO consulting to our clients," Jazon Samillano, the Founding Chairman of Xmarter, Inc., said. "One of these is to give them the advantage of six days of work per week instead of the five they get from other TIBCO consulting firms. This will make a serious impact in the completion of every TIBCO project on which we are working."
The Xmarter TIBCO consultants will work until Saturdays, giving the clients 52 more work days in a year compared to what other firms' consultants can give with a five-day workweek. Xmarter, Inc. created an interactive calculator on their website to show the magnitude of the effect of this new work policy. The calculator shows how the advantage to the client is magnified the more Xmarter TIBCO Consultants they have working on their TIBCO projects.
